Barbara Fletcher
Director of Finance & Operations
Ms. Fletcher worked for seven years at Fidelity Investments in their Retail Marketing department. Prior to Fidelity, she spent five years in the Corporate Finance department at Morgan Stanley in NY. Barb also volunteered for an organization, Community Consulting Teams, providing pro-bono consulting services to local non-profit organizations. With CCT, she worked with a charter school affiliated with the NE Conservatory in South Boston and with Hale Reservation in Westwood. She currently serves on the Board of a non-profit mental health agency in the MetroWest region of MA. Barb has an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth and a B.A. from Princeton University. She lives in Wayland, MA with her husband and four children and served on Wayland’s School Committee for 12 years.
Susan Mega
Business Manager
Ms. Mega worked at Mulberry Childcare and Preschools for three years as a senior accounting manager, with responsibilities for financial reporting, budgeting, managing the accounting staff, and human resources. Susan also worked at The Boston Consulting Group for 10 years as a senior analyst and staff accountant. She also spent 5 years doing non-profit accounting at the MSPCA in Jamaica Plain. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. Sue lives in Natick with her husband and three children.
Merri Suzuki
HR Specialist
Merri graduated from SUNY Cortland with a degree in International Studies and Anthropology. She has worked in a variety of different industries, most recently in tech and biotech. She brings operational and project management experience to her role and truly enjoys supporting the employees and organization.
